Powered Capacity for AI Compute Buyers, Without the Wait List

Need compute at scale? We put you directly on GPU capacity — GPUs-as-a-Service, no site or hardware ownership required — or, if you need a dedicated footprint, source and finance a powered site built around your build. Either way, the hardest part usually isn't the hardware. It's finding capacity that can actually go live on your timeline.

GPUs-as-a-Service, or a dedicated site — which one you need

Not every buyer needs to own a site or hardware to get real capacity. If you need GPUs live fast without taking on infrastructure ownership, GPUs-as-a-Service puts you on capacity we've already sourced and financed — see the specific platforms we're sourcing right now, including B300, GB300, and early access to Vera Rubin.

If your scale or contract structure calls for a dedicated footprint instead — hardware you own, a specific region, or a long-term committed lease — we source and finance a powered site built around that build. Both paths run through the same team and the same evaluation process; which one fits is usually clear within the first conversation.

The problem hyperscalers can't solve fast enough

Hyperscale providers are capacity-constrained and queue-driven by design — new regions and new capacity come online on their schedule, not yours. Ground-up construction faces the same interconnection bottleneck as everyone else, often adding one to several years before a new site is live.

We work a different pipeline entirely: powered, existing industrial sites that can be evaluated, matched, financed, and activated in a fraction of that timeline, because the hardest part — the power position — is already solved.

What we help you secure

Depending on where you are in your own build-out, that can mean:

  • GPUs-as-a-Service — capacity without owning the site or hardware
  • Buying or leasing dedicated GPU capacity at scale, matched to a specific powered site
  • Securing long-term committed compute capacity under contract
  • Finding a powered site to deploy hardware you already own or have on order
  • Structuring financing for a build you've already identified but haven't funded

How sourcing works

Tell us what you need — compute type, scale, timeline, region and power-profile preferences, and any contract-structure constraints. For GPUaaS, we match you to available capacity on infrastructure we've already sourced. For a dedicated deployment, we source matching sites from a global pipeline of powered, pre-vetted industrial properties (see the property types we work with), not a general real estate listing service.

Every site we bring you has already been evaluated for power access, interconnection feasibility, and structural fit — you're not starting diligence from zero.

Financing without the balance-sheet risk

Once a site is matched, our capital partner structures financing to fund the buildout — racking, stacking, and power infrastructure work — so you're not carrying construction risk on your own balance sheet. Contract terms are structured around what you actually need: ownership, lease, or a hybrid, depending on your position.

Why speed is the real differentiator

We're a small, direct team, not a multi-layer institutional process — decisions happen in days, not committee cycles. Combined with a pipeline of already-vetted powered sites, that means the gap between "we need compute" and "infrastructure is live" is measured in a fraction of what a hyperscaler queue or ground-up build would take.
